I awoke one morning on Thanksgiving Week End 2015 to a glow in the Bathroom in the main part of the house. I couldn’t understand it, it was so white. What was going on. So I decided to step in, not yet fully awake. I called out to my husband in disbelief, shock and awe. He stood beside me, and looked around. He than announced to me,

“Yep, Shannon planned this for weeks! It’s her gift to you! Surprise!” 

I continued to look around. The grout had never been this clean, not even after they finished making the bathroom, because they allegedly couldn’t get it to clean up. I leaned over to feel the tub scum. Nothing. And they could never get the scum out of the tub either, they always had some kind of excuse. 

So I dialed Shannon, all excited and thanked her, and asked her what her secrets and she was all excited too, and told me what it is she does. I explained that the strongest men I know were unable to get the scum from the tub, and the grout was “allegedly” unable to return to white even after they finished creating the bathroom because they claimed they damaged the white grout. You could hear the smile in Shannon’s voice, not to mention, mine.

So this is why I decided to write a review about “Scrub~A~Dub & Shine” because though they are small company, (currently) they are the best. And for those of you in Brevard County and surrounding area’s you certainly need to give them a call, because the quotes are free. 

I have watched Shannon clean up the mess all the grand kids made in my house in matter of seconds! That too, blew my mind. I asked her too, how she did that. She has informed me, 

“you need to be fast, because they’re going to make a mess right behind you while you are cleaning.” Which any parent knows! And she is, fast!

Shannon and Ginger have a wonderful team of workers, and they work together, and fast. And they get the job done, and never have any complaints. They will leave your house smelling clean, and looking clean, and trust me, you will want them back the next time you need it cleaned!

Below are photos two weeks after she cleaned, and my animals have put paw prints on the floor, but I still wanted to show you. You can still "see" the white. Trust me when I tell you, the grout was almost black, and in some spots, it was. 

I personally wanted to say "Thank you, Shannon!"

My Experience w/ " Rosewe.com "

My Experience with " Rosewe.com "

I found the most beautiful bathing suit on this web site VIA facebook and I immediately fell in love! On payday, went to the site to order. When I originally went to the site a few days prior, the price was $6.95. Yes, I know. What a shocker! I knew I should've saved it, but I didn't, because I followed it "from" facebook. 

Going back to the site itself, not VIA Facebook because low and behold I can no longer find the link- I find the same bathing suit, still on sale, but now the price is $12.95. Upset, I search facebook in the search tabs, and can only find "Rosewe" on a facebook page itself. Nowhere, can I find the advertisement on facebook. 

Needless to say, before I the bathing suit goes up further in price, I decide to order it. 

Several months later, and I do mean months, I receive an unmarked balled up package from China. Nowhere on it does it say: "Rosewe." 

Inside the package is yes, a bathing suit, but two different size pieces. And I order one size. Which was the only way you could order.

The top is an XL and the bottoms are XXXL. And let me tell you what, my chest is large, and there is absolutely no way I will fit these puppies in an XL. So, I contacted them, time and time again. And they have yet to fix the problem, let alone care!

You can see why I fell in love with the bath suit, yes??!! It is beautiful. Sadly, I still do not own it. And I truly still want to. Because it is beautiful, even at $12.95! I have no issue with price, what-so-ever. Even when it went "up!" I was astounded when I found it at $6.95 but when it went up to $12.95 I still had no issues with the price.

What I do have issues with is this:

You cannot contact them by phone. They have no toll free number. You have to submit tickets, send emails (when you want to send photos.) and you truly deal with different people each time you "speak" to someone who has the same and different thing to say each time. 

So nothing gets resolved. 

Here I sit with nothing resolved, and monies spent, and goals unmet. 

I suggest not to purchase from Rosewe.com because they are very unprofessional. 

I am going to publicize this, and then contact the Better Business Bureau and everyone else, to make it known, that this company is China based and doesn't care to satisfy their customers. Their goal is money, and money only. Nothing more, nothing less.

I hope I have saved others with their future sales within this fraud of a company.

Cree LED Light Bulbs

Cree LED Light Bulbs

Compliments of Klout Perks and Klout, I was sent a complimentary Cree LED 60 watt bulb. 

When I opened it, I instantly noticed that it would save me money and promised to cut my electricity lighting bill in more than half if I used these bulbs. Then I noticed the bulb had vents on it, and that it was plastic. It also promised to save energy, and use less wattage, there were a whole lot of plus factors associated with this one little bulb.

My husband suggested using it in our bedroom, because the lighting in our room, is down right lousy.

I put it right into the lamp, which has a dark purple lampshade atop of it. Instantly his side of the room was brighter, and I mean instantly. 

After a few hours, I went back to the bulb, wondering if it would be hot. Nope. Another plus. I hate touching and changing hot light bulbs.

I posted on twitter at-ting Cree (@Cree) and they responded wanting to know what I thought. I immediately told them I was impressed, because the bulb, in itself was lighting a room that a 100 watt, and a 150 watt bulb could not do. 

Later I ask them where I could get them, and they told me that I could order them directly from them at their web site, or from Home Depot, and they at-ted @HomeDepot. 

The fact that this company is here for you, and wants to know what you think, and communicates is another thing I found impressive. I wondered if it was just because of @Klout, so I went to their @Twitter page and seen that they were communicating with anyone who mentioned them. And they were out to make a difference, answering questions, explaining, and everything. 

So then I decided to give their web site a look see:

The Cree company has already won awards. That too, put a smile on my face. Obviously they plan to make a difference, and in a good way.

I think the rest of you should check out Cree Lighting and allow them to "Light Up Your Life!" Because they certainly have mine!

I think Cree is a fine company and I think their light bulbs are amazing! I am glad that Klout and Klout Perks led me to them, otherwise, I don't honestly believe I would've ever heard of them. 

Next time you want to try a new bulb that actually gives off the right kind of light, give Cree a try, trust me, you'll be glad you did.

Review: Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Products

I seen these products a Month ago, and it was the time when I was getting fed up with my hair. I have hair almost to my butt, in the back when straightened and wet. It was becoming hard to comb and brush, and I was thinking it was split ends, although no one could see any. 

I have always used Dove, including body bars, soap, body wash, shampoos and conditioners. I become a full time user when my obstetrician told me to switch to Dove, because it doesn't leave residue on ones body. I've been using it since. I would have to say that was approximately eight years ago. 

Needless to say, I found that when I tried these new "Pure Care Dry Oil" products of Dove's I bought them. Each and every single one of them. I was sick of the tangling, knots, and everything. With hair this long, and bad shoulders, one prefers easy. And to boot my hair is super thick. Instantly, I fell in love with the smell! 

After the first washing, my hair combed, not brushed, but combed right through. I was smiling. I tweeted to Dove about it, but never heard a peep from them. Oh well. 

My hair was not greasy, nor were my hands, and it didn't feel heavy either. It looked good, and felt good too, as did I. 

Still, I have no split ends. And I even obtained the courage to wash the grey out of my hair. Do you think that made my hair any different? Nope. Still just as heavenly as before, but without those pesky grey hairs! 

Now not only does my hair look and feel gorgeous, but it looks younger too! I am very pleased and would recommend trying these products! With them their is no need for a hot oil treatment, it's built right in! With them, you're saving money and looking, feeling and smelling better, and you'll be glad you did too! 

After you try them, you too will refer it your friends and family! Trust me!

Prescription Chantix: A Review

A Stop Smoking Regiment

As some of you may or may not know, I am not a smoker. However, I have many smokers in my family, as well as my friends. And because of the fact that I have asthma and COPD Emphysema, my friends and family are trying to quit smoking.

 

 

Because of this, I wish to review the prescription commonly known as "Chantix"

Many of my friends and family have tried this product with positive results. And my husband has smoked since he was thirteen years old.

I spoke with each person individually, and all the results were identical. The craving was gone, and they didn't have a bad reaction when they did smoke.

The biggest complaint is the cost of the prescription, even with insurance coverage. And because this drug is new, and some what experimental, some insurances don't cover it at all. Yes, a carton of cigarettes is a lot cheaper then the prescription. But look at it this way, in the long run, you will no longer need the prescription, or the cigarettes. At that time, you will have money to gain!!

I did read up on this drug, and found that it does have side effects, however-every drug has side effects, and it also depends on the individual.

The drug chantix's given name is: Varenicline. It is produced by Pfizer. Its side effects include: abnormal dreams, (or in some cases- nightmares), nausea, head ache, change in taste (but this is going to happen irregardless, once you quit- you will be regaining your senses, including taste!) vomiting, abdominal pain, and constipation. Just because the drug causes side effects, does not mean, that you will get them.

Please note, as with any medication, you can also experience allergic reactions. And sometimes the allergic reactions can cause the same symptoms as the side effects. There is also no guarantee that this, or any other product will work for you.

Varenicline is used as a nicotine replacement therapy. The good thing about it, is unlike the patch, or nicotine gums, it is not giving you bursts of nicotine, to subdue your desire. That is why most Doctors are prescribing Chantix, because it isn't giving you nicotine or a nicotine substitute. According to our Doctor when we questioned him about this regiment, he said the medicine sends a message to your brain, subduing the craving for a cigarette, and desire. And like I have mentioned before, this drug is better for you then the regiments that are still supplying you with the nicotine.


Some Doctors can issue coupons with the prescription. There are several steps, however- a couple of my friends only needed the first step, and never had to continue the regiment. You can also get coupons from the web, simply search.

I think this is a wise choice over the gums, and patches for the simple fact that you don't have the added nicotine into your blood stream. That causes problems when you are trying to stop smoking and then you sneak a smoke. Because sometimes that can cause you to get sick, for some people anyway- it all depends on the individual of course.

Before quitting smoking, it is suggested to contact your Doctor and ask what he or she has to say, or suggest. Quitting smoking, just like smoking itself, can cause reactions.

Smoking itself is bad for you, as I am certain you already know. And second hand smoke is just as bad as smoking. Smoking while pregnant can cause low birth weight and premature birth. Before starting or stopping smoking, please research your final decision.

I am not usually a person who does mouth wash. I prefer to brush my teeth, and tongue and be done with it. 

But recently, I had a bad tooth ache, and was away from home. It was getting so bad, that it was swelling up on my face, and everyone noticed. My speech had became impaired and I was about fed up, when my own daughter handed me this "Listerine Whitening Pre-Brush Rinse." 

I was skeptical, but read the bottle, and it said on it that it whitens teeth, and kills the germs that cause bad breath. Well, along with this infection, was bad breath and bad taste, so I gave it a try. 

You can tell when you try it that it has peroxide in it. I held it in my mouth for well over a minute. I swished, and then tilted my head so it would keep the bad teeth immersed, as I waited. And mind you, the feeling was intense. 

That night, the pain let up some. Don't get me wrong, it was no miracle cure, it just let up enough to let me sleep, which was a plus. 

So I decided to do it after every meal, (provided I could eat it) and before bed, and when I awoke. I often found myself doing it, when the pain would start to intensify too. 

Within a few days, the bad breath smell had vanished, and so had the pain. Say what you want, but this was the only thing I was doing! I honestly believe that it "killed" the infection, and made me loads better. 

Yes, I know that I still need to see a dentist and have the teeth removed, but for now-I am doing loads better, and I know it's this Listerine! My mouth feels better, smells better, and even looks better! 

And the other day, my son was beginning to get a sore throat, and I made him gargle with it several times through out the day, and the sore throat was gone by evening! 

This product works, and I will continue to keep it around. I am not saying it is a miracle cure, but it did the job this time! I was impressed, and like I said- I am not a mouth wash person.

Middleton's Black & Mild Wine Cigars: This Non-Smoker Loves the Smell, Not the Habit

My husband is a smoker. However, what he smokes is not cigarettes; he smokes cigars. His favorite was Middleton's gold and mild until recently. Now, Middleton has a new flavor in the black-and-mild line: wine.

 

When he lit it up, the scent was amazing. And for me to say that, is also amazing! I complain about smokers and smoking! I am not a smoker; however I have been known to enjoy a very rare cigar once in a while.

Since the odor peaked my interest, with what seemed to be grape-like to me, I asked my husband to hand it over and let me try it. I took it in, and tasted. It seemed OK, so I thought maybe I had better try another. I took another puff. What was very different about the whole experience, after you have stopped, inhaled and licked your lips, it was like you had just had a glass of wine! I am not kidding! The after taste, is just like it! Not a little, a lot! Not exaggeration here, I thought it was quite enjoyable. I was not expecting it, because my husband "likes" to smoke, I was certain he was just carrying on, because it was new and different. It is an acquired taste, and definitely different, and quite enjoyable, all wrapped up into one!

Unlike the gold and mild that my husband usually gets, that taste like crap when they are lit, and smell like it too, this was much better all the way around. I was impressed!

The unfortunate thing about this new cigar, is I almost had my husband to the point of quitting. He had slowed down to maybe a cigar a week. Then these came out, and he truly likes them. And to ask my husband why he smokes, his answer, is "Because I like it." He says, it's not that it's a habit; it's just that he truly enjoys smoking.

Now that these are out, he is back up to five cigars a day. And that's how these come, five to a pack.
The pricing for the cigars is different with most any location, but ranges to a little over two dollars a pack. These cigars are made by John Middleton, and the location of his company is in King of Prussia,  Pennsylvania. On the package is no toll free number, or web site. The cigars are made of a fine blend of pipe tobacco. According to the AC Nielsen ratings, in 2004 Black and Mild were the top selling cigars in the US!

They come filtered or unfiltered, the choice is yours. The ones with the tip are plastic. They have several different flavors including: Apple, and Cherry. There are others, also. They even have another version, called Fast Break Black, which is half the size of a regular cigar.

I do not promote smoking, as I stated above, it is something that I dislike a great deal. But if you must smoke, or have to smell it-advise your smoking friend- to try these. Or even try them yourself. I think you will be impressed too! It is very appealing all the way around. I do hope that they get enough sales of this, to keep the product line up and running. I do know that companies discontinue things for low sales, and popularity.

On a scale of one to ten, I give this a nine. Why a nine? Because I don't truly promote smoking.
